Change of plans can kill a fissure mission

If you're running a capture fissure, capture the target before getting much reactant, and then get change of plans. Enemies stop spawning after you kill the small number it asks you to and it becomes almost impossible to get all the reactant you need.

You guys really need to do something about the game not spawning enemies and fissures in capture fissures that get CoP and exterminate fissures. It's been like this since I started playing the game roughly 5 years ago. Its such a big issue and tweaking the spawn mechanics really shouldn't be that hard when it works fine in every mission type but exterminate and capture CoP.

I get why it's "immersive" for enemies to stop spawning in exterminate after clearing the objective. But it negatively impacts gameplay and is a feature that should probably just be removed all together.
