Reduce number of Ruptures required for Void Flood Repair the Ruptures bounty

The Bounty 4 Levels 110-115 Void Flood "Repair the Ruptures" bounty currently requires players to seal 15 Ruptures.  As a result, this mission takes way too long to complete when compared to other Bounty 4 missions

Reducing the number of Ruptures required from 15 to perhaps 10 would bring this mission more into line with the time required by the other Bounty 4 missions
