It should be the same for Zariman missions. The need to grind for plumes is pretty strong. But for those of us who don't want to spend time on that, let us solo extract. If everyone enters the elevator except me - and I want to continue to hunt for voidplumes - I am forced into the elevator after 60 seconds. This is a bad function.
