Debuff Immunity and Action Diversity

Overgaurd prevent enemies taking most of debuff

So we prefer self buff rather than debuff and this interrupt action diversity

Basically debuff needs refresh frequently and this adds additional action to battle

Eximus' overguard get halfed but still hard to remove overguard with operator

If operator is good method to remove overguard, the game could be more fun

This chance spoil because of only some damage balancing

Shooting launcher with powerful buff is the best option for now with is very boring

I definitely think they need to make overguard take considerably more damage from Operators - there's pretty much no point in advertising that they "do more damage" against it when standard weapons just do that much more raw damage.

Considering how little Operator damage change across the player progression (compared the amount of weapons, with different builds, different buffs, etc...), Operator should damage Overguard in %HP, regardless of the enemy level. This would encourage Operator usage as the enemy level grow, which would be beneficial for the game flow.
