His ulti currently is okayish...it has some usage for looting. Not worth an ulti, in my opinion. His ulti could also be a transformation into a massive sea monster, like a huge kraken-thingy, and kind of stationary like voidrigs ulti. But instead of shooting you have some massive tentacles as melee weapons, slapping enemies...so to speak the the mother of slaps in warframe :D Or shooting some ink, blinding enemies and having some kind of siren singing to lure enemies, so to have some CC.
