Molt Reconstruct arcane but for shields

I notice that we have this arcane for restore health using energy. i think, in the same way, we could have a new arcane for restore a percentage or a fix amount of shields when we do a certain amount of meele atacks or heavy atacks. this could benefit for some frames who depends of big shields or some others who cannot take benefit from shield gatting ea. making frames who depends of shields a lilttle bit more viable for  more big levels missions. with this we dont must depends only of parasitic armor or artificially force shield gatting using masives amounts of energy and packs of energy too.

This would be a thing if not for the fact that the only frames in the game that gain functional benefit from having high shields also have some (but not all) of the best shield restores in the game, and the next frame in the list that actually benefits from something similar also has a fantastic shield restore function.

Hildryn has Pillage, which can self-sustain even through a negative Efficiency, pure Strength build, even on Infested maps if you have her two Augments equipped. Harrow doesn't need a shield mod thanks to his double-strength Overshields, his Penance buff is capped at a duration, and you can top it off with another cast later, so you can just use his high overshields and ignore a shield mod. Styanax has Rally Point to gain back massive amounts of shields when keeping up his kills. And the fourth frame is Protea, who can give herself a 3 second shield gate, but that function is the result of casting an ability that puts her at massive amounts of shields already.

Every other frame does not benefit from higher shields, even when they aren't shield gating. They're a rechargeable health pool that you can either exploit with the Dragon key for invulnerability windows, or you can ignore because you have any of the dozens of other functions that prevent your own death.

is shield gate still a thing ? shield gate was the main reason why they don't add anymore shield restore mechanics imo
