Datsher Posted December 30, 2015 Share Posted December 30, 2015 raikeran was executed along with Metheria for Ninjaing I wrote this one about Overlord but it appears I took a tiny bit too long. With every human Overlord eats she becomes stronger and stronger. At the age of 7 she had already surpassed the combined strength of every person on earth, but her powers came at a price. Every nation hunted her, for her body was still vulnerable. On her journey around the world she got to know Noamuth, another cannibal who gained powers through consumption. They traveled for years and their group got bigger and bigger. Eventually, their group was made up of seven individuals. At that point, they decided to conquer what had been hunting them. A goal which they completed after many years. When they were done, they rested. Each in their own way. Noa and McGeek bought a house in Berlin and continued to live there. For hundreds of years they rested, having gained immortality along the way. But then, an organization attacked the empire they had created. DE they were called, and they quickly destroyed what the seven had built among the years. Ultimately they were forced to flee into a different dimension, an act in which one of them died. There they hoped to rebuild what was lost, but their enemy followed them. The first battle between the new built army of remaining 6 and DE was in Berlin. Many heroes were forged in this battle, many stories would be told about it, but this period of 3 months was the time in which Overlord lost what was dearest to her. When it was almost over, DE used an experimental weapon which put all living things in the city into a deep sleep, except for the 6. Noamuth died saving the others, using her own body to shield them from the incoming bullets. The others grabbed her body and fled. Overlord consumed Noa and gained complete immortality through doing so, leaving only Noas mask behind, which McGeek now wore as a reminder to herself that she was not able to save her. The now invincible Overlord was crushed by her feelings of guilt. She now searched this world for a way to bring her loved one back. After years of search, she found their old chronicler. He had to travel through many dimensions, for the device that should have brought him here was defect. His journey had changed him, his body was merely a shell with two souls inhabiting it. They had collected as much knowledge as they could from each world they had visited, but even they had no answer to Overlords question. Now accompanied by them, McGeek started to travel the universe, leaving the earth behind. Many years passed, they found many new species and technology, but no answer. At last, they returned to Earth. It had changed, the other 4 had gone into hiding after she left. Her return did not stay a secret for long, but she mobilized the remaining ones and the resistances against DE for a last assault. Thanks to McGeek they won, all that was left of DE were its leaders. She stood before the room in which they had barricaded themselves in, but when Overlord found a way in they had all killed themselves already. There she was, an immortal woman who was denied her vengeance. Meanwhile the chronicler had searched through the archives of DE and found a way to create a room with theoretically infinite volume in another realm of existence. With the help of McGeek he created a library of sorts that contained all knowledge they had found in their travels and that he had found in his dimensional travels. But after it was finished, Overlord felt a complete emptiness inside of her. There was nothing that she could life for anymore, which made her realize the downsides of complete immortality. Overlord searched the library and found a way to transfer her immortality onto someone else. She completed the ritual and transferred it onto the chronicler, for the two souls that inhabited the body would never be alone and their purpose would always be the keeping of the library. Now finally able to die, Overlord committed suicide. As her mind slowly left her dying body, she felt Noamuths warmth again and she knew that her loneliness would end. Best way to start the day i suppose) Skycook3y was in charge of preserving history. With every event, he was to inscribe it. He was not allowed to interact with the world, but it did not bother him. Until he started the inscription of Noamuth and Overlord's story. He witness these 2 near immortal beings as they struggled with life and their deaths. Perhaps it reminded of himself. As he saw the death of overlord perform her final act, sky broke a taboo; he changed history. Instead of allowing her to die alone, filled with regret and despair, for a split second he allowed her to feel the warm embrace of the one she desired the most.
