hello, I m asking this question because I will be off from warframe for a while, but I closed my final mission of second dream and I did not finish all of it (arrived at operator s customization).

But the question is: will I restart from last checkpoint or custscene.Or will I lose everything?

Most likely you'll have to rerun the final mission from the start. But I doubt many, if any people have shut things off at that point. You could have just finished as it was and changed things later for the looks, they're not stuck down. Oh well. You'll probably just have to see and if things break, then ping support.
