Hemorrhage can proc slash on an impact proc, but your status chance is only 13%, so I'm not sure how much good a mod relying on status chance will be.

You're also not building for viral, which is pretty much what you'd want if you're adding a mod like Hemorrhage. So unless there's a reason you're building for gas + cold, you can free up two slots by removing the gas mods and easily fit in Hemorrhage. Gas probably isn't that important anyways for AoE purposes since it's an AoE gun by default.

To put some numbers to it:

Your status chance is 13%.

You have 1184.9 / 3399.4 ~= 35% Impact = 35% chance for a proc to be Impact. Combined with the status chance, that's ~4.5% chance of a shot to proc Impact.

Then, the chance for that Impact proc to lead to a Slash effect is 60%. That brings the 4.5% odds to 2.7%.

All told, fewer than 3 out of every 100 shots will lead to a Slash tick.

With a 1.87 rounds per second fire rate—about 53 seconds to make 100 shots—that means we can expect a Slash proc approximately every 20 seconds, assuming max fire rate, never missing direct impacts, and never having to reload. So probably more than 20 seconds.

All that means, if you run into a target that really needs a Slash proc—and that's probably why you're aiming for Hemorrhage in the first place—you can expect to be slamming it with Sporelacer shots for around half a minute.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot multishot, cut that number by 2.7. So about 7.5 seconds for a Slash proc. Though you'll often need more than one to take down a target so, consider that too.

Look at all of your weapon's stats, you only have Impact on direct hits,
the AoE portion - which is where most of the damage comes from - will never deal let alone proc Impact.

And yeah, expecting a significant amount of Impact procs when not building / modding for Status Chance,
and also going for massive elemental damage, that's ... just not gonna happen, dood.
