I thought Viral was only viable vs Grineer since they are "flesh", Infested are not "flesh" they are considered "Infested" am i wrong?

best combo is BLAST + CORROSIVE....no negative effects and covers all faction

It's missing the effects for the 3 base damage types, slash -> bleeding DoT, puncture -> weakened, impact -> knockback. And that blast does the knockback in in AoE, making it useful for crowdcontrol in general if you have a high firerate/proc weapon. But besides that, great chart.
