Slow Motion Bug in Paradox

For some reason, I always experience a slow motion effect whenever I’m in the undercroft. It seems to happen whenever I use Vauban, or zephyr. I don’t know if it’s a bug with the cold effect decrees, or the frame abilities, but something makes me slow down after a while. I try to fix it by dying and respawning, but it’s only a temporary fix, cause it starts back up sometimes. The cause doesn’t seem consistent. Like, it’s more than one thing that can make move in slow motion.

its the cold aura decree and im experiencing it right now

Yes DONT use the "drop a Cold bomb on roll " decree  .. just dont .. last cold proc lasted 7 stages .. not nice..

I've been noticing this with Zephyr on XBSX.  Hadn't thought about the decrees.  I'll have to test later when I get back on.
