Cavalero Incarnon Genesis shop doesn't update on new week

On monday of the new week, I check Cavalero Incarnon Genesis shop and it doesn't update, still has wares of the last week.

Also please make buying duplicate Incarnon Genesis available for collection purposes.
For example:
Braton has 4 variants (MK1, Base, Prime, Vandal).
If I want to collect all 4 variants + 1 Braton Incarnon Genesis for memento, since the Incarnon Genesis has a cycle of 7 weeks, it would take 5 x 7 = 35 weeks!
And the shop doesn't allow you to buy duplicate, I see no reason why it wouldn't. It already allows you spend plat to skip, it should also allow you spend plat to collect.

Only last week's items are intended to be  available for plat.  (At least for now.)

It's not intended to update.  Lots of people have speculated that may change at some point, but there's been no word from DE to that effect.

I cant upgrade my boar prime to incarnon.  I purchased the bundle, used it on the boar and decided to get a boar prime to upgrade.  I am still unable to incarnon upgrade my boar prime.

If you bought the boar incarnon genesis and already used it on the boar, you'll have to get another to use on the boar prime. Which means you'll have to farm it from SP circuit. I don't think you can buy a second one, it's a one-time only purchase.
