Nights Of Naberus - Where's the new back piece, sentinel skins, and Lotus skins, from the Devstream?

As the title says, I was hoping to grind/buy all the goodies shown in the Devstream. 

There's good stuff now, but I REALLY want that vampire lotus skin.

Apparently they'll all be plat items with AoD in 2 weeks. (You'll need to go down a few comments to see the one about Lotus.)

That's disappointing. During the stream they heavily implied everything before the Lotus skin was to be part of Nights Of Naberus, and only specified that the glyphs that weren't the Lotus and Kavat one would be a paid bundle. The whole lot on the VOD is in the section of the video called "Nights Of Naberus" even.
