Flying ignis in drifter camp near Kahl's camp

Discovered it right after the prologue of Veil Drifter quest, before starting any of Kahl's missions. It hasn't disappeared since then, I don't know if it already existed before checking out the veil drifter quest.

This floating ignis is a part of an NPC that should appear in the camp once you rank up with Kahl's Garrison syndicate.
