Where do I report bugs? Can't access bug forum for platform I am on (cross save)

I have a cross save account which means that everything is now under my PC login. However, I am playing on Xbox and would like to report a UI bug I have come across and since the forum sees my account as a PC account I can only post to the PC bug forums. Does this mean I should post my bug report there or is there someone I should contact at DE (such as opening a support ticket) that can help me figure this out?

Edit: the bug itself is not related to cross save so I don't think I should post it in the section for cross save bugs.

 Post it on Corss-Save since you cannot post on XBOX as it does fall under Cross-Save (In a way)

Doesn't matter if you're posting with a PC account, if the bug is unique to Xbox, post it here:

He JUST said he can not post on the XBOX Forums because his forum account is PC, you can not post on other platforms' forum posts

My apologies that I was not clear enough In my original post. I mean to say the forum is not letting me post to that subforum, it is greyed out and no button exists to create a new post.

My bad, I didn't know certain platforms couldn't post on the other forums
