Is Prime access platinum tradeable?

So i have a question, i am about to buy Gauss prime access but i want to know first if the platinum that comes with it is tradeable,

Yes. Any bought platinum is tradeable. The only plat that isn't tradeable, if I recall correctly, is the starting 50 plat and plat given during dev streams/or giveaways

Only starting 50 platinum and platinum received from various giveaways (like twitch stream platinum giveaway) isn't tradable.

Yes it is.

Generally speaking, Platinum you get by spending real money/currency, whether that be purchasing Platinum directly, or through paid bundles like Prime Access, will all be the type that you can trade with other players, use for gifts and so on. Its usually the Platinum that you get from free sources, like starter Platinum or Platinum from free PSN bundles (its a Playstation console thing, if you weren't aware), its that type that can't be traded. 

If you do make the purchase and have any other Platinum of the latter type (like say you still have your starter Platinum), when you hover over your Platinum amount, it should tell you how much is purchase and can be traded and how much isn't.
