Exilus and arcane slots missing

Hi there!

I was showing a friend some of my loadouts and mods config when he pointed out that he doesn't have the exilus or arcane slots.

I told him that he had to buy the adapters but then he showed the the picture and...

He really doesn't have the slots for exilus or arcane. He is mr23 and has done everything but Wispers in the wall.

Are we missing something? Besides the slots of course.

You do, in fact, remember correctly. WitW must be completed before the slots show up.
