Question

I have been unable to connect to warframe for several days now, in the image below it states to update the game. There is no new update for the game and I have reinstalled the game twice to try and connect. The issue is with my router, i'm unsure exactly what the issue is however it is everything related to warframe that i'm unable to connect to, on all my devices, 2 Xboxs, PC, steam deck and Iphone I get the same unable to connect message, and for this website i get the "this site could not provide a secure connection" on my iPhone when trying to report a message, i've since installed a VPN on my iPhone and PC and this allows me to connect but I'm trying to figure out what exactly the issue is with my router that is causing issues connecting to warframe servers, if it is a security issue arising from my router that the game's servers are detecting malware or something else. I've contacted my ISP and they are trying to figure out the issue from their end but any insight anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Dumb question... but have you tried turning your router off and on again? Remember that you need to wait for 30+ seconds before turning it on again.

yep tried that, factory reset router, and rebooted from the router systems menu

This indicates that something along the connection is the problem - either your IP is blocked from Warframe's CDNs (not likely but possible) or the network path is failing to route to the servers, but works with the VPNs own routing. This could be for a variety of issues, but one thing you can change is your DNS servers, if it's failing due to that lookup. Otherwise, you'll have to let your ISP troubleshoot the pathing problem or continue to use a VPN in the meantime.
