MetaMessiah Posted April 5 Share Posted April 5 The slows of every other frame are capped a certain amount but Xaku's 4 has no such cap. With 400% strength his 4 will slow all enemies hit by 100% which means they are unable to act or shoot. The 400% is quite easy to reach with Archon shards and Precision Intensify along with other strength mods. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
