Welcome to warframe and all games like it lol. Destiny 2 is also the same way, playing the same thing, in the same place is a characteristic of this type of game.

you seem to have a two part question the first is largely due to the game design and use of tile sets.

the second is your own experience but the scope of the game has enough areas of play to avoid getting bored and annoyed which means you maybe do not seek out areas missions etc that are more fun or possibly you simply cannot be bothered to experiment and have fun running a mission solo with diverse frames and weapons to just explore abilites etc. If you have done literally everything as you have mastered every frame weapon and option then just take a break and return later but overall if you can find nothing of interest then possibly the game is just not suitable to what you want from the gameplay.
