Beyond Mastery Rank - Prestige Tiers for Fully Built Weapons and Frames

A Global Incentivized Prestige System of Mastery for the Playerbase: 

The Mastery Rank system only shows us that Tenno have ranked a weapon to 30, no more no less. 

At baseline this in and of itself is a notable achievement, insomuch as Tenno have invested time into nearly 800 items.

Yet, the downfall is that some Tenno will see it only as a means to an end...to get to MR 30 without so much as even using some of the weapons and frames obtained to get there.

I'd suggest a Prestige Tier system which begins as early as Mastery Rank 16.

Within this construct Prestige is awarded for fully forma'd weapons and warframes with a minimum investment (to be determined) beyond leveling and forget - at least as much for one variant of the same weapon.

As a reward for said investment along the Mastery Rank progression, I'd suggest adding some type of buff for using said weapons such as + ammo economy, status chance, reload speed, attack speed for weapons.

For warframes, might we consider a slight + buff to energy pool, shields, health, armor, other small but additive bonus.

In this way fully built (forma'd) weapons and frames provide an incentive for the player to further invest in beyond the minimal rank 30. 

Likewise, this could be scaled based off of MR from 16 to Legendary Ranks being Prestige status next to their  Mastery Rank as opposed to simply diamond for Legendary 1-4 and nothing for 16-30.

This progression could also scale so one might get +1 up to 3 buffs based on Mastery progression and would be calculated based on how many fully ranked weapons qualify for Prestige Tier bonuses.

P.S.

We also need to remove the 180 Riven Cap. As time goes on and new content rolls out more and more Tenno will likely desire to have a broader Riven collection to optimize weapons for content like Deep Archimedia.
