I need a good secondary to pair with citrine, im running a high range high strength build

Spectra Vandal....  Any statuses, with a maxed Secondary Encumber.

I use Cyanex or Akarius Prime set for passive reloading. Their homing feature lets me hit a lot of enemies without aiming. Once their clip is empty, I'll switch to Cedo, fire off it's glaive, and then return to the secondary.

Reinse and repeat.

Just get all weapons available for your MR. Use them, check them out and see which fits best. You will nee to rank them for MR anyway.

It is hard to advise anything if we do not know what is in your reach. Kuva Nukor or Epitaph are good choices overall as they are also most used Primers. Synoid Gammacor is great for added Entropy effect (magnetic proc/+25% max energy), Grimoire may be good if you have the right mods for it, Laetum if you want to just be able to kill stuff.
