If their actions is causing severe determinant to a reward you would've received then use the support ticket option. Yeah, I've had to report a couple of others in Duviri and hardly elsewhere. The way it is set up there just encourages griefing and downplays squad play so there is more incentive to not do stuff there. Doesn't help that it is slow AF in Duviri.
