Riven Mod Dissappeared

I recently got my first Rifle Riven Mod a few days ago, and after completing the challenge (get 16 headshots without taking status damage) I went to my Arsenal to equip my new mod and it's not there. I checked every weapon I have, I checked the Riven section of the mods and it's not there either.

Check your filters. May be showing only maxed.

It is not limited to all the weapons you currently own. It can be for something completely different (just not shotguns, kitguns)

The name of the Riven tells you what weapon (along with its variants) it's for.

Like, a Riven starting with Lex will be equippable on Lex as well as Lex Prime,
but not Aklex (Prime or not) since that's a different weapon rather than just a variant of Lex.
