So DE finally assigned the main quests to official story arcs, which is nice to see. However, is it just me or would if fit much better if Apostasy Prologue and The Sacrifice belonged to The New War Saga instead of The War Within Saga? After all, Apostasy introduces Ballas and he's the main villain of the story from Apostasy all the way through The New War. As it is, Arc 3 looks a bit empty compared to Arcs 1 and 2, which would be very easy to fix by assigning those two quests to Arc 3.

It's a bit tough but I'm in favour?

 

I think the issue is the Sacrifice is very transitory. It serves as the start of the New War arc, but it also acts as the finale of the War Within - in that the Second Dream has the Tenno start as a 'baby', TWW itself has them grow from a child into a young adult, and then they rather forcefully have to 'move out' and live on their own as a full adult in the Sacrifice.

 

But on the other hand, is there a reason that the quests can't be in multiple arcs at once?

That would be fair. It's not in either exclusively, but leads from one directly into the next.
