I don't understand why I can't play the new Koumei game mode

Every time I try to play the new game mode that released with Koumei this pops up, and I just don't understand why. I've tried searching online for answers but that's lead to no avail. Can anyone tell me why this pops up and potentially how to solve it.

You need to finish Saya's Vigil and Once Awake quests, other than that it should let you in after you speak with Saya's first.

Speak with Saya in Cetus and it'll let you in, however, trying to activate the mission from Cetus is currently entirely broken.

Instead, once unlocked, activate the mission from your Orbiters star chart. It's a node right next to Cetus

You have to start it Solo via Saya's Visions from Koumei in Cetus as your first mission (for both Steel Path and regular). But you have to start it solo, I hope this part is bugged regard because I don't see any mention of the solo/premade requirement because it is messing up the UI and not starting the mission properly.
