Although, you must know how much the Ogris has been potatoed, formad and such. Adding the factor also that the Ogris was built for that faction. A nerf is only needed when the weapon does too well on it's original level in my eyes. Such as the soma needs a nerf (by this just lower the crit damage) and the supra needs a buff as I leveled them both at the same time. Second, you need to have a mastery of rank 6 to craft it. Third, you can actually kill yourself with it if you aren't careful. 'Using the [insert Weapon Here] is 'OP' if you give set it in the best conditions for its use!' -.- It is using a trollbon to keep them in one place, heck just about any weapon with AoE or Punchthrough would do.
