(PSN)youngn0121
What would we do if there was no war? That is our only purpose and with our that, our existence is not necessary. "balance" is keeping this thing at a stale mate so we can validate our existence.
Zechs_Prime
Good... and I hope Steve felt it as his body was destroyed. He raised his weapon at me.... Never raise you weapon at me... Plus, I hate Corpus.

vasRayya
SInce the battle pay system has gone in we do look like Bad guys or Mercs. I mean there a massive massive war and we fighting on both side of it because of greed. Here's hoping that Hayden Tenno is Stalker and he's here to put us in our place. Oh S#&$, I didn't even think about that. If he is, that would literally be the best thing ever. I'd join up with him.
EvilKam
What would we do if there was no war? The Cicero Event taught me we'd become gardeners. #ninjagardentrilogy #ryuhusqvarna Edited February 15, 2014 by EvilKam
evafan002
Eh... I think we all figured out that we're not exactly good guys a long time ago. I just don't think anyone cares at this point. Steve probably wasn't all that great of a guy either. Think about the guys who built the Deathstar... Sure, they were workers, but they knew what they were building, they knew the risks. actually in universe the death star was described as a planetary ore extractor not a weapons system
adoomgod
Cool. ;3 You're images are not appearing for me though. They're broken image icons. changes to imgur, hopefully fixed. What would we do if there was no war? That is our only purpose and with our that, our existence is not necessary. "balance" is keeping this thing at a stale mate so we can validate our existence. We could plant trees, feed pidgeons etc. We decide our own existence, we could create new purpose.

Takai
Let me put this in perspective for you you OP: I lost the battle long ago in the void... The lines between good and evil blurred very smoothly. This idea of balance is just a mechanism in a great machine. My machine... Lotus's machine. The machine that gives me meaning. The machine I worship. The lotus I worship. She provides us with weapons and a mission. Therefor I am useful. The Corpus and Grineer... Stalker? Express to me how they matter? ...Why their emotions matter... Why I should feel anything for them? Why should I feel anything? I dont feel pain since the void. I dont feel fear since the void. I only feel exhilaration when I have purpose. And that purpose happens to be what I was born to do. My hands are serrated. My eyes see your weakness, yet are not present. My legs silent and swift like the wind. My presence is fury. My purpose is death. Do you even realize that we get paid to destroy them? We get paid to free them from themselves. Free them from their reality. We get paid and buy more weapons to enhance our purpose. What a marvelous deity the Lotus is! - Takai, of the 2% (of aggressive psychopathic Tenno)

Alighierian
"Steve was a valiant crew member, a fine example of true corpus honour. His death left a big hole in our midst. We shall forever remember his brave actions, and honour his death the way he wanted: by raising a glass of milk. Don't cry, my brothers! Steve will watch over us as we move forward. We must look forward to tomorrow, remembering this: Steve's sacrifice was not in vain. He taught the younger generation what it means to stay true to your own beliefs! Steve believed in a better world, and he died doing what he thought was right: improving the farming technology we currently use, so it performs more efficiently."
