Hopefully something less screwy, like publicly announcing they've had to postpone the update, but it actually comes on time and everyone's ecstatic that they didn't have to "wait" for it come later! But, that sounds like something straight out of 1984, though, so..... should probably not do that either. Then again, swaying the public's mind is what propaganda is all about, and Vay Hek will be released as a propaganda machine, so maybe it's a fitting prank. Or they could mess around with the displays on all the loot we picked up at the end of the mission! No, never mind, I can't see this going down well.
