Hamednova Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 In order to attract the Stalker, a Tenno must have a "Death Mark" upon them. Death Marks are obtained by killing Bosses. Upon receiving a Death Mark, the Tenno will receive an in-game message from the Stalker. After receiving this message, there is a 1.5% + (0.5%*player count) chance that the Stalker will appear in any mission the Tenno embarks on (including Void missions). From warframe wki. BloodKitten Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 he wont mail you if you have death marks from befor the death mark mail was possible, i had 10+ encounters befor he started mail me, get frame or weapon that is not maxed, and you might get him to spawn.
