How Should I Build The Glaive Now?

Seeing as a "charge" build is no longer viable AFAIK, and I don't have any stance mods for the Glaive, any tips on what mods I should put on it? Should I have separate builds for quick throwing and actually wielding it? And will channeling affect the throw if I use the E + hold E combo while wielding it?

Pure damage + elementals + Whirlwind.

And - yes - channeling while executing the combo increases the Glaive damage, but will use energy no matter if you hit something or not.
Also, when you click channel when Glaive is still flying, it'll explode and return to you immediately.

You can also create the explosion with Power Throw, in the last bounce. Couple with Quick Return, you can do quick throws that explodes right away, which is great if you don't use the Glaive equipped and use a stance (since you can immediately throw it if you equip other weapons).
