Her old Codex entry said she was designed by the Tenno High Council (or some kind of Tenno council). And I'm talking about in-game lore stuff, not who she was designed by IRL. Doesn't mean there couldn't be a living frame that's been experimented on and had custom Grineer armor bolted on. Maybe instead of a rage frame like Valkyr, we get full blown insane frame. No, Nova's lore when she was released was that the Warframe was _new_ I.E. designed by "The Tenno Council" post-Orokin-Era post-Cryosleep. Not "Discovered" like Oberon and Valkyr (Yes, Valkyr was discovered, the frame was _damaged_ by corpus experimentation but the Tenno-in-Warframe came from a cryo-pod hence it was a discovered Warframe) Given that DE have said that the later Warframes will not Get Primes it's possible that some of the more exotic Warframes were designed by the Tenno _after_ the fall of the Orokin but before they went into Cryo sleep. Maybe not a whole Warframe, but I don't see why they can't just capture an existing Warframe/Tenno, slap some armor/cybernetics (maybe cut off and replace a few limbs) on it and attempt to recondition it to fight for them (they did this with the G-3, though granted they were already loyal and this just made them insane.) Calling Valkyr "Corpus themed" is kinda like taking a Ferrari, stripping off the bodywork, running it at full pelt for a while and then locking it with a police wheel-boot and calling the car "police themed" The only theme that Valkyr has is one of vivisection, torture and rage. the cause of that state is irrelevant.
