Exactly, (did you even think for a bit before replying or making this thread) If there is no penalty for putting kubrows in stasis then once you are done playing with them you will always put them in stasis to prevent dna decay and loyalty decay. I think they could do it better though (like making you wait 24 hours before you can put them back in stasis instead of 3 hours before you can use them.
