after numerous attempts on building my Rhino I finally succeeded building my rhinoand all the sudden I build my rhino and now I can't get it why? ?

I play on ps4 my psn name is greentreesmkn.

can someone please help me get more I know that's all I want or else I'm going to quit playing the game altogether f*** it.

Submit a report, like recommended above, then wait. At this point due to DDoS backlash, ticket volume is likely at an all time high so it may take days. Rest assured DE will fix the issue if there is one, or tell you what you may be doing wrong.

I see that you just joined very recently (4 minutes before you make this post). So your problem are either your Rhino hasn't finished crafting or you didn't have sufficient warframe slot.
