PsychedelicSnake
Reactor supercharges the Warframe. Catalyst supercharges a Weapon. Forma adds/changes a polarity slot on either once they reach Rank 30.
direcyphre
Catalyst is to double the mod points on a weapon. Reactor is to double the mod points on a warframe Forma is to reset the level of a warframe/weapon to allow you to change one polarity in the mod screen. Schalimah
Orokin reactors double the available mod energy on warframes, sentinels and kubrows. Orokin catalysts double the available mod energy on all weapons Formas allow you to change or add a polarity slot to something once it is rank
hijinks_the_turtle
Thanks peeps. Super confusing when both Catalysts/Reactors have similar descriptions.
[DE]Grzegorz
Just one thing that previous speakers missed. Once you add polarity slot using forma, given item is reverted to unranked state.

Once you add polarity slot using forma, given item is reverted to unranked state. Does the exp/mastery points/affinity you receive after you revert it to the unranked state still count toward mastery rank?
Neonpkz
No.
Rydian
You only get mastery for ranking something to 30 once. Even if you get another one of the same name/type.
