AgentSkye Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Notice that this is the same effect you see when viewing fellow Tenno through a wall. This happens when you die and the game spectates a player who is viewing you through a wall. When you revive, it fails to remove the effect. And I see no reason why this would have anything to do with arcane or non-arcane. I suspect any non-default helmet will be exempt from it, for whatever reason.
