I called Sony and they filed a request to give me a refund but they didn't. Then they told me to take my compliant up with DE. So I filed a complaint and they didn't really solve my problem either. It has been a whole month and I still haven't recieved my platinum. Please help me with this problem ASAP. Thank you. NOTE: I just want platiunum. Not the refund.
