TheErebus.
Yes, certain bosses drop them. You can also get one warframe from killing enemies known as eximus.
Imaru
You need to kill various bosses to get the component blueprints. For example, Jackel on Venus drops parts for rhino and Sargas Ruk on Saturn drops parts for Ember. For Vauban, you need yo wait for the alerts for the parts to show up and hope you're on at the same times. For Zephyr, Banshee, and Volt, you need a clan to research them. And for prime warframes, you need to scour the voids and hope that RNGesus smiles upon you. EDIT: Oberon drops from Eximus enemies. You will see his parts as pink/purple orbs on the floor from time to time. Edited September 8, 2014 by Imaru12

Unlike the others, you must craft a key, or join someone with a key, and use the key to gain access to those two bosses.
(XBOX)ShapelessHorr0r
So bosses, drops from special enemies, clan researching, and void right? Also, what do you mean by researching a war frame? How is that completed?
Yazeth
So bosses, drops from special enemies, clan researching, and void right? Also, what do you mean by researching a war frame? How is that completed? This is a Clan thing. A Clan must research before they can craft anything. Before you can start a research, you must complete any other things needed to be researched beforehand. This varies for each thing you are trying to research. When you start a research, you must put in materials into it for research to begin. Once enough materials are put in, the research will start. This will normally take a few days. Once it's completed, you can purchase the bp for the researched item and build the actual thing. Note: You will need Forma for both researching and crafting, so hit the Void for a bit and craft some Formas.
Nachino
So bosses, drops from special enemies, clan researching, and void right? Right. There are 2 bosses, Vay Hek for Hydroid and Lephantis for Nekros, that need keys to be able to fight them. Also, what do you mean by researching a war frame? How is that completed? You need to be in a clan with a Tenno lab. Edited September 8, 2014 by Nachino
(XBOX)ShapelessHorr0r
You need to be in a clan with a Tenno lab.Is that a dojo thing? I'm constructing a clan key as we speak.
BloodCarnival
Each boss drops a specific Warframe set (except for the bosses on Phobos, they drop Miter components). For example, Nerf Anyo only drops Mag's Blueprint along with her Helmet, Chassis, and Systems. Your chances of obtaining them all depends on RNG.Oberon is obtained through Eximus enemies as previously stated.Vauban is obtained as a reward through alerts that specifically reward his components.Banshee, Volt, and Zephyr are obtainable only by joining or creating a clan and claim their blueprints there after building the Tenno Lab.Nyx is obtained by defeating Phorid, an infested invasion boss.Nekros is obtained by defeating Lephantis in the Derelict.Hydroid is obtained by defeated Vay Hek, but you must first craft the Vay Hek Frequency Triangulator first.Prime Warframes (and weapons if you are interested) are available as rewards in the Void of various towers with the exception of Excalibur Prime, whom is a Founders Exclusive.Any other questions, you can just visit the Warframe wiki. Nachino
Is that a dojo thing? I'm constructing a clan key as we speak. Yes, the Dojo is exactly where you would find a Tenno lab, you will need to build the lab if it does not have one.
Yazeth
Is that a dojo thing? I'm constructing a clan key as we speak. Yes. Just note, the larger your Clan is, the more resources your clan has to put in to research and build stuff.
