Vandal are weapons optimized by Lotus/The Tenno, not Corpus only (Lato Vandal). It is a reasonable assumption that Dex are anniversary weapons, but only one has been issued so far. No obvious theme for weapons apart from that. It is unclear whether Dragon is a weapon category or just the weapon's name, but the community has all piled up behind the assumption that it is a prefix. Even if unintended at first, DE might go the community's way. No obvious theme for weapons, but I will go with 'traditional hollywood ninja'.
