Perhaps it might, with other weapons it is actual skins (As in things new meshes for the specific models) But with the scindo its skins are completely different models all together. Not entirely sure that's true; my Excal Prime can equip any skin regular Excal can. The Rubedo skin for Rhino can be used on his prime variant as well. Edit: I don't see why not, but, eh. Prime Frames have always been able to use alternate helmets and frame skins to my knowledge, or at least since U10. Prime Weapons however...DE has been incredibly stubborn about this despite there being a promise, even in a Devstream, that at the very least they'd allow the Day of the Dead skins to be used on the corresponding Prime weapons.
