It's supposed to be a gamble, rare mods are "rare" for a reason. I've actually gotten 2 Gleaming Talons in a row once. It's just rng.

Ya it's basically like giving your rares and a good amount of credits to your cousin who's got a gambling problem but tells you hes got a sure thing, and then expecting him to come back with something worth it.

 

I thought this topic was commenting on the rarity of Rare 4 Cores.  I mean, I've been on for 9 months and have had over a hundreds if not over a thousand rare 5 cores.  I have only ever had one rare 4 core.

4 uncommons = random uncommon

4 rares = ANYTHING, is stupid
