He just hates us in general, stereotyping the Tenno as a bunch of bloodthirsty warmongers who mercilessly slaughter anything in their path while at the same time deluding themselves with codes of honor and tradition. Of course not all the Tenno are like that. But because of his past experiences with us (read Codex entry), he now generalizes that all Tenno are corrupt, evil, and must be eliminated regardless of how they are now. He doesn't care if you're a Tenno hater too, he'll still reject and kill you all the same simply because you are a Tenno.
