It doesn't seem to HAVE a drop- so is the only place I get get it buying it from someone who has it or something? if so, er. taiiat Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 Transmutation definitely has it. short of that, scan some of the new Enemies. nothing i have Scanned has it listed. so probably a newer Enemy, but it could be some of the pockmark Enemies here and there that i don't have many Scans on. The major possibilities for codex listed unobtainable mods are Void containers and mission rewards, although I haven't heard of anyone getting lucky with either of those. Certainly can't blame you for trying, but no. I am a completionist, and having that hole in my collection would cause me pain unimaginable to anyone who does not share my madness...
