Endless defense? Haven't seen a great way to farm rare cores or anything, but plenty of fusion fodder after running dark sector defense.

T4S. Almost guaranteed to get 5 R5's every 5 mins.

Survival IV is definitely the answer, most of your 5minute rewards will be 5packs of R5 Cores.

 

but you could also just play any Mission and kill tons of Enemies, as all Enemies drop Fusion Cores.

your Squad will probably be using Corrosive Projections anyways, so use Viral / Heat since Vor is weak to it.

Tower 4 Survival.  Even Tower 4 Defense or Tower 4 Interception are good, but an organized team running T4S for 60 minutes will net you at least 25+ gold r5 cores.  I suggest nuke Nova + max desecrate Nekros + anyone else will be enough to get pretty far.

IIRC should be about 200 R5's.

Excavation is also a good place to farm, countless enemies to kill.

I would advise doing T4 Survival for 40 minutes. With Desecratorpress3spambot.

 

 

Why T4 Survival? Well, you get bunch of cores and there are r5 as time rewards. You will end with 50+ cores per run.
