Ceres - Syndicat - Not Able To Pick Up Medallions

I don't think this is intended, so i'll describe what happened to me doing syndicat mission on Lex, Ceres today:

 

We searched the map for those medaillions successfully, but in this room (see screenshot) you can't pick up the medaillion, since you will be teleported back, as soon as you dive into the water.

We tried several times and after another try i got stuck at the "teleport-back-place", couldn't do anything, just run forward without moving, no shooting, no abilities, no movement. Only every few minutes i could move a bit forward.

In a solo run i encountered this room 3 times, 3 times with a medallion in it, i wasn't able to pick up, quite a shame :/

 

It would be cool, if you either remove the water from this room or don't make medallions spawn in there :)

yeah i posted that a few h ago. I managed to finally jump around the objects to get very close, then jumped down at it pressing use key.

I tried that, too. But it didn't work for me. The result was, that i was stuck as described above.

Anyway, i don't think it's meant to be like that^^

I can confirm the bug.
Got stuck too many times while trying to pick up medallions after 30 mins of search...

Confirming.  With one caveat.  This appears like it could be a puzzle of some sort.  But I see no consoles to activate or pipes to break to redirect the sludge flow.  If this is indeed a puzzle, it does not appear to be working as intended.

Plus, I found another spot where it is impossible to collect the item, After attempting to collect it you are respawed elsewhere and stay stuck not being able to move.
