I'm always down for some challenge,but whenever i go to a conclave there's no one on them nor people in the recruitment want to do it.

Change your game language to English on the launcher.

Switch to N.A East or N.A. West or Europe regions in-game.

Join Europa Conclave or Pluto Conclave.

 

There are regular Conclavers playing there every day, all day.

Basically do this. I am also on from like 3 PM - 8 PM mountain time on week days and like 8 AM - 8 PM on week ends and breaks if you would like to fight me.

Not to be the "mother duck" before your "first day of school", but just be nice and social and make some friends.

 

If you enjoy conclave, play it regularly, and add people who you make friends with, you'll find your friends-list growing rather quickly and most of them will be conclaving.

 

Like Rex said, try switching regions in your gameplay options.  You should play in the region that is having their "prime time", 4:00PM - 8:00PM.  Also: Europa Conclave is the most active, followed by Pluto.
