It needed to be at least doubled to be on the same level as other syndicate weapons... so with the tripled damage, it's actually a good weapon now. And it's silent. Awesome! Increased ammo capacity for Sicarus Prime to be a proper multiple of 3 (from 20 to 21). Increased charged bolt damage of Rakta Ballistica from 100 to 300. I just popped a few standard builds for Paris Prime (crit, of course) and Rakta Ballistica (no-crit) into Warframe-Builder, and the Rakta actually deals slightly more damage per shot than the Paris Prime now. The buff feels like a bit much at first (especially with the fact that the Rakta has a much faster fire rate), but considering that you have to do this long reload animation every now and then and the fact that bows do 4x damage on headshots rather than Rakta's 2x, the Rakta's actually looking like a really nice overall sidegrade to our current Bow weapons. Definitely endgame-tier, but not overpowered. Now all I have to do is get myself a Rakta Ballistica so I can see for myself whether everything I just said is actually true. Obviously the base time is longer, but yeah, secondaries can boost their fire rate by much more than Primaries can with ease thanks to the mods. Don't forget that the PPrime also needs to reload after every single shot, whereas the Rakta can begin charging the next bolt without delay. Now the number is multiplied by 3, which means 12k raw damage per charge shot! That's really amazing. And Scott just chuckles darkly at first before a full on maniacal guffaw. "YES I DID IT! AND I'D DO IT AGAIN! THEY ALL SAID I WAS MAD! BUT I SHOWED THEM!"
