I would say yes but there are a few things to note for it.

Firstly credit where credit is due. I would like to be credited for the designs I've sketched.

Secondly in relation to the recent addition of the Steam Workshop and the Polycount Contest happening, I would prefer to not use any previous Tenno related sketches until there's more options available for the Workshop. BUT I can help with creating new concepts for the Workshop and Polycount Contest as long as I get a good % for contributing.
