Fierach
How about our loyal sentinels and kubrows don't target them?
Morec0
I can support this. They take a lot less damage from all sources - my lvl 30 Kubrow couldn't kill one on Mercury - but if there's a way to make them completely immune...
Llyssa
I would suggest that a scan of a synthesis target gives it like 20 to 30 seconds of damage immunity... you want it to wear off in case something goes wrong and you HAVE to kill it(everyone runs out of scanners, people with scanners run out of revives, other bizarre-yet-horrible cases), but it should be able to be kept alive. As for a quick lore point, the synthesis target is "materially destabilized" by the synth scan, hence the reason for the damage ignore.(Also hence the reason a completed scan vaporizes them as it digitizes them.) MichaelSD
I hope synthesis will not require this insane amount of synthesisation, it is boring as hell...
Ninja
Yep ,,, even on mercury, my Hard-Build Sweeper cant kill that Simaris Target. And also my sniper ,,, still cant kill it in 1 hit. So don't worry about dying ,,, the target will not die if you do your job [scan] fast :D
ACorpse
I ran into the synth target in a rescue mission. The prisoner hosed it in 2 seconds flat with my gammacor. :/
Fierach
Right, well. My Wrym with its Primed rifle hosed a Synthesis target in 5 seconds flat.
