Unless Nef starts handing out some serious stuff (I don't have any need for Catalysts or Cores since I hardly rank up mods at a rate that would drain my core reserves and there's very little guns I like enough to warrant a potato). He knew what he was doing, let him suffer for that. His sudden "change of heart" is not only out of character, it's also obviously a ruse to obtain something greater.
